At Zornicle Craft, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Only items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect are eligible for return or replacement.
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned with all accessories and tags.
2. Reporting a Problem
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Provide clear photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue promptly.
3. Refund Process
- Once we approve the return, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- In case of replacement, we will ship the replacement product as soon as possible.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Please note the following are not eligible for return/refund:
- Used products
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Items returned without prior communication
5. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
